Victoria Bergolth-Kier, 23 years old and originally from Austria, left her home at 20 to follow her instincts and love for the sea. Tenerife welcomed her with its warmth and waves, becoming the place where she truly found herself. Since then, surfing and diving have been more than just sports—they are her way of life.

Her journey led her to meet the Bajanchi brothers and become part of the She Surf community, a space where women support, grow, and inspire each other. Here, Victoria not only improved her surfing but also found a family that stands by her through every wave and dive.

She has fallen in love with Tenerife’s winter waves, grateful for the warmth compared to the cold she left behind in Austria. Her favorite surf spot is in northern Fuerteventura, and her best wave was at Las Américas. But beyond surfing, diving has given her another way to connect with the ocean, allowing her to experience its serenity and beauty.

Through her passion and determination, she inspires other women to break barriers, connect with the ocean, and embrace surfing and diving as a way of life. At 31 years old and hailing from the beautiful Iceland, Lovísa is one of those souls who inspires us every day at She Surfs. She joined us in Tenerife, where she found a home filled with a passion for surfing and female empowerment. Since then, her love for the waves has only grown.

Her favorite surf spot is Imsouane in Morocco, a magical place she discovered alongside our community. It was there that she caught her best wave, the longest one she has ever ridden! That wave changed her perspective, and since then, surfing has become much more than just a sport for her: it’s a way to deeply connect with nature, with herself, and with the community she has found here. Lovísa loves to surf at sunrise, when the ocean is calm and the light fills everything with a special energy.

Although she lives in Iceland, whenever she can, she dedicates her time to surfing in warm waters, seeking that peace and freedom that only the ocean can offer.

This April, Lovísa will be joining us at our Surf Camp in Sri Lanka, another incredible destination to deepen her love for surfing and continue her journey of growth and connection with nature and community.

Geo, a passionate 31-year-old surfer from Romania, resides in Tenerife, Canary Islands. Since arriving on the island, she joined She Surf in 2020, where she has found a community that shares her love for the ocean. Her favorite time to surf is at sunset, when the waves and light create a magical atmosphere.

Her preferred spot in South Tenerife is "El Medio," where she enjoys the ideal conditions for surfing. She has experienced unforgettable moments in the water, including her biggest wave at Punta de Hidalgo, on Tenerife’s north coast. However, her longest wave was caught in Midigama, Sri Lanka, an experience that reflects her passion for exploring new horizons in surfing. Geo continues to seek new adventures and challenges with every surf session.

Our dear Anne is a 36-year-old woman from the Netherlands, currently residing in Tenerife. Her cheerful and adventurous spirit has taken her surfing on five continents, making her an example for other girls. A yoga practitioner, she finds in meditation and connection with nature a source of energy and balance.

As a former digital nomad, Anne combines her life with surfing and remote work. She is the driving force and one of the creators of She Surf, a vibrant community of female surfers that promotes values of respect, tolerance, and equity. Her favorite surfing spot is Cabarete in the Dominican Republic, a place that steals her heart with its beauty and vibrant culture. However, her best wave was caught at Ngor Left in Senegal, an unforgettable memory of her passion for surfing.

Every sunset, when the waves shimmer with the golden hues of dusk, Anne immerses herself in the water, enjoying not only the sport but also the connection with her community and nature. Her life reflects freedom, friendship, and love for the ocean.

Lola, a 31-year-old surfer from Poland, faced a great challenge when she started surfing. After an experience in which she almost drowned in the ocean, she developed a fear of the waves. However, her determination to practice the sport kept her going. It took time and patience for her to feel comfortable in the water, but her motivation never wavered.

Nowadays, the joy she feels when riding a wave has completely overcome her fear, allowing her to surf all over the world. Now, living by the sea in Portugal, Lola often returns to Tenerife, where she joined She-Surfs, to reconnect with her community and friends who helped her in her early days. Although her favorite place to surf remains the bay in Imsouane, Morocco, her most memorable wave was surfed in São Julião, Portugal, a place that continues to fuel her passion for surfing.

Anda, a 31-year-old from Romania currently living in Cluj-Napoca, is a passionate surfer and digital nomad who has found her balance between work and adventure. She met She Surf in Sri Lanka, where she fell in love with the surfing lifestyle. She prefers to surf at sunrise, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the sea at that time of day.

Her favorite surf spot is Weligama, also in Sri Lanka, where the waves are perfect for practice. Additionally, she has surfed the longest wave in Imsouane, Morocco, an experience that marked her journey. Anda lives life to the fullest, combining her passion for surfing with her professional career.

Margherita is a charming 34-year-old Italian from Rome. Her passion for yoga reflects her serene and balanced spirit, while her love for surfing drives her to challenge the waves in every session. She has found her home in the She-Surf community 2022 in Tenerife, alongside the Bajanchi brothers. Currently, she lives in Portugal.

With contagious energy, Margherita has overcome fears and improved her technique, surfing with a grace that only someone so dedicated can achieve. Her mornings are sacred, filled with adrenaline and beauty, although she also enjoys the magical sunset sessions. Her favorite place to surf is Cote Bàsquet in France, but she will always hold a special place in her heart for the wave she rode in Bakio, Basque Country. Her unique vibe and love for life make Margherita an unforgettable person.
